SUBMIT RMA REQUEST
RETURNS:
We are proud of our exceptional customer service. If you purchased through Feedefinger.com, our customer service team will assist you with your return process.
ATS RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return product that has not been assembled for a replacement or refund of the purchase price provided the following conditions are met:
- Product subject to a return request must have been purchased directly from www.feederfinger.com
- A return request must be submitted within 30 days of original purchase. If your return request is approved, ATS will issue an authorized RMA#.
- All return requests must be accompanied by a valid order confirmation number from feederfinger.com
- All returns must include an authorized RMA# on the shipping label. Return packages without an authorized RMA# will be returned to sender.
- All returns must be post-marked within 30 days of issuance of the RMA#.
- Customer is responsible for all cost associated with returning product to ATS
- Returned product must be unused and in like-new, resalable condition
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
SUBMITTING A RETURN REQUEST
To request a replacement or refund, please submit an RMA request or contact our Customer Service Department directly. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. If approved, you will receive an email from support@feederfinger.com with your RMA # and further instructions on how to complete your request.

RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS
Once an authorized RMA# is issued from support@feederfinger.com, please return your product to the following address within 30 days of RMA# issuance:
